Circadiance introduces one-size-fits-all cloth xPAP mask

SleepWeaver Advance All-Cloth Nasal CPAP Mask / courtesy circadiance.com Circadiance launched the revolutionary SleepWeaver Advance All-Cloth Nasal CPAP Mask at a trade show last month.

More than 3,000 home care professionals attended the conference. The SleepWeaver Advance received a favorable response from many home care business owners, managers, and respiratory therapists.

The new SleepWeaver Advance All Cloth CPAP Nasal Mask plays off of the ingenuity and groundbreaking design of the original soft, lightweight SleepWeaver while offering increased comfort. The new design offers a better fit, noticeably smaller mask dimensions, and easier-to-use headgear design. The mask was designed specifically to fit a broader range of patients’ head and face sizes, including those with smaller dimensions.

Many apneics who discontinue use of xPAP often say it is because of mask discomfort, irritation, and sleep interruption. According to a press release issued by , the innovative SleepWeaver Advance mask gently inflates and softly conforms to the patient’s face to create and maintain the seal.

Because the cloth is flexible and follows the exact shape of each individual patient’s face, air leaks reduced. The masks are also designed to reduce mask noise to provide a good night’s sleep.

Unlike other masks, SleepWeaver has no plastic or silicone parts that touch the face, preventing it from irritating sensitive skin.

"Circadiance has already proven that cloth is a superior way to interface a CPAP machine to a patient," states David Groll, CEO of Circadiance.
