What does your sleeping position reveal about your personality

Sleeping woman The United Kingdom Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service has found that six common sleep positions may tell more about you as a person than you ever realized.

In an on , the U.K. organization’s research breaks down to six common sleep positions.

According to the article posted on MyFoxPhilly, there is a position known as “the soldier.” People who sleep in this position generally sleep on their back with arms pinned to their sides. These people are usually quiet and don’t like a fuss. They also tend to set high standards for themselves and others, the article says.

Another sleep position evaluated was the “yearner.” Someone who sleeps regularly in the yearner position, according to the U.K. Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service, is someone who sleeps on their side with both arms in front of their body. According to the study’s findings, yearners have an open nature but may be suspicious and cynical. These people may be slow to make a decision, but once made, they stick with it.

To learn about the other four sleep positions, read the on the MyFoxPhilly.com site.
